PUTRAJAYA, March 1 (Bernama) -- Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister''s Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong today revealed that debt is a problem affecting civil servants in the country, even leading to bankruptcy.
He said the Insolvency Department reported 1,086 civil servants were declared bankrupt in 2009, per cent of whom were men.
